Animal communication is an energetic, intuitive practice — not a physical one. It doesn't require proximity, eye contact, or even a live animal. The communicator tunes in to the energy signature of the animal — usually through a photograph and basic identifying information — and opens to receive what the animal wants to share: feelings, images, physical sensations, words, impressions.

It is not mind reading, and it is not a performance. It is a form of listening that operates through a different channel than ordinary sense perception — one that takes practice to develop and discernment to interpret well. What arrives is always offered humbly, and the client's recognition of its accuracy is part of the process.

A Distance Reading (£111) is an asynchronous session. You send a photograph of your animal and your questions. Viviana conducts the session privately and returns a full written reading to you — detailed, specific, and complete. It is ideal if you want depth without scheduling, or if you prefer to receive the session in writing to re-read over time.

A Deep Discovery Call (£222) is a 90-minute live video session. You are present throughout — asking questions as they arise, following threads, and receiving the reading in real time. This format goes further into relationship dynamics, behavioural context, and what the animal is asking for going forward. An optional Healing Plan (+£111) can be added after the session.

No. All sessions can be conducted at distance, using a photograph. This is the standard format for most of Viviana's work, and the results are not diminished by distance — the energetic connection is not limited by physical space.

In-person sessions are available in limited circumstances and by specific arrangement, for clients in or near Scotland. These are booked separately and on request.

Yes. Connecting with animals in spirit is a significant and meaningful part of this work. The session format is the same — a photograph and whatever context you can share. What arrives from animals who have passed is often remarkably specific: things they experienced, things they want to communicate, things they want you to know before the grief settles permanently into silence.

There is no time limit on this work. Animals who have been gone for years are as reachable as those who recently passed. Many clients find the session after a loss to be among the most significant of their lives.

Scepticism is completely welcome here. You don't need to believe in animal communication for it to be useful — you only need to be open enough to receive what arrives and see whether it resonates.

The most consistent feedback from first-time clients — including self-declared sceptics — is that what arrives in the session is specific in a way they didn't anticipate. Not vague impressions, not things that could apply to any animal. Details and observations that land as true.

Viviana will respond within 48 hours to confirm availability and next steps. Once confirmed, you'll be asked to send a photograph and your session questions, along with payment to secure your slot.

Anyone who loves an animal and wants to understand them more deeply. This work is for all species — dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits, exotics, farm animals, wildlife. There is no species Viviana won't work with. The language is universal. Every animal communicates. Every animal has something to say.

This is also for people who have been through pet loss and are still in grief — sometimes years later. There is no too late here.
